DYNOTECH RETURNS/SHIPPING POLICY

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ

Items are NOT to be returned in their retail packaging. Retail packaging/boxes must be shipped inside a shipping box. Do not affix a label to a retail or product box. Items will not be accepted and customers will be responsible for paying for return shipping for non accepted products.

Approved Items are Subject to a 35% restock fee.

No Processed Orders will be 100% refunded. We are charged a processing fee for orders which is not refundable to us and therefore will not be to you the customer, if your order has not shipped we will subtract this 3% fee from any refund.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You now own the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED and UNOPENED in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If the product looks like it's been opened or not able to resell as new in box the products will be returned to the customer after shipping again has been paid. This cuts down on the amount of products that are TEST FIT and returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If an item is not purchased through. Please contact us at sales@dynotechtuning.com with your order number.

To our valued customers who spend more than $300 on their orders will qualify for complimentary standard shipping within the continental USA. This adjustment is aimed at enhancing our customer experience and providing added value to our loyal patrons.

Please be aware that this free shipping offer is not applicable to orders destined for Alaska, Hawaii, and military addresses. Customers placing orders for these locations will continue to be subject to standard shipping rates.

Furthermore, it is essential to note that any items weighing over 50 pounds will not be eligible for free shipping. Regular shipping rates will apply to these oversize items.
